Designed initially for a customer who required an easy to operate portable system for regular checking & setting of clamping forces on Ultrasonic Welders, this unit helped one company to substantially improve the quality and yield of their plastic products and quickly recover the initial cost. It has since found many applications in production environments where force or torque tests need to be performed on a regular basis to maintain the quality and throughput of a process. The compact size and ease of use can make this an invaluable tool for design, maintenance, test/repair, quality control & inspection engineers.

For a system assembled to suit your application or more information on this or any of our product ranges please contact an Application Engineer on (+44) 0 1344 776666. Alternatively send brief details of your requirement to apps@interface.uk.com and we will mail you the relevant data sheets.
